This Privacy Policy explains how Newsletter Revenue Operator ("NRO", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, submit the beta intake form, request newsletter drafts or buy the Newsletter Beta Pack.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact details such as name and email address.
- Business context submitted through the intake form: brand name, website, social/content links, business type, audience, offer, newsletter goals, tone notes, content examples, newsletter examples, proof and CTA preferences.
- Payment and billing data processed through Stripe, including name, email, billing address, country, buyer type, tax/VAT details where applicable and payment status.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser/device data, page URL, referrer and event data.
- Cookie consent preferences stored locally in your browser.
Do not submit contact lists, passwords, private customer databases, sensitive personal data, private financial information or materials you are not authorized to share.
3. Why we use the data

4. Tools and recipients

- Tally for the intake form.
- Google Sheets / Google Drive for internal lead and order tracking.
- Stripe for checkout, payment processing and billing data collection.
- Meta Platforms for advertising measurement only if you consent to marketing cookies.
- Email, CRM or operational tools used to reply to requests and deliver beta materials.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards where required.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. As a practical default, beta intake and operational delivery records may be kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for disputes, security, accounting or legal obligations. Billing and fiscal records may be retained for the statutory accounting period applicable in Italy. Cookie choices remain in your browser until you change them, clear storage or we reset the consent version.
6. Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Automated decision-making
We do not use this website to make legally or similarly significant automated decisions about you. AI may be used to help prepare newsletter drafts from the business context you submit, but beta outputs are part of an assisted workflow.
8. Children
This website and beta service are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page.
